If SiteTran's Translation SEO API receives a Cloudflare bot protection page, captcha page, or "Just a moment" page instead of your real page content, SiteTran won't be able to fulfill the request.
The origin access issue needs to be fixed so SiteTran can fetch and translate the real page.
How to fix it
- Open your Cloudflare dashboard or the firewall/security tool that protects your site.
- Allowlist SiteTran's Translation SEO API IP address:
54.87.171.204 - Make sure the allowlist rule lets this IP access the original page HTML without a captcha, challenge, or bot protection page.
- Retry the Translation SEO request.
What this means
This usually happens when Cloudflare or another security layer blocks automated requests before SiteTran can read your page.
When that happens, SiteTran does not receive your actual website content. It receives the protection page instead, so there is nothing useful to translate.
What to check
- Cloudflare WAF rules
- Bot protection settings
- Firewall rules
- Rate limiting rules
- Any hosting provider security settings that can show captchas or challenge pages
After the rule is updated, SiteTran should be able to fetch the real page and continue translating it.
